GPS receiver providing raw data

Hi all,
i am looking for a gps receiver that provides access to raw data. By raw data i mean the covariance matrix of the error estimates calculated by the filter(e.g. kalman) inside the gps receiver.

Also it would be nice to get access to all the estimates of the kalman filter inside the gps receiver.
