GPS and GSM Transmission UDP packets.

I need to buld a system that continuesly streems udp packets with gps location from GPS recever. through SIM300 GSM modem. to public ip.
how far is it posible.

and i have another option.
there are ready made GPS trackers on market. can i buy them and . design custom software.

Yes it is possible to send UDP packets from the SIM300.

To use a ready made GPS tracker and upload your own code depends on the design of the ready made tracker. Sometimes it is possible.
