How should I get start with high freq signal-conditioning-circuit design.
I am going to design an oscilloscope with 10GHz sampling rate.
I am a digital guy, so the analogy part will probably kill me.
Is there any suitable tutorial which focus on high freq analog?
Besides, any suggestion or experience share will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

High frequency signal is distributed model that is much differnet with normally operated signals: lumped models.
I think you should study RF systems including S parameter, impedance matching, etc.
It may not easy way, but hope you to make it.
