Gerber output P-Cad2004

When I define, in P-Cad 2004, a pad as Rounded Rectangle with Weight=124, Height=70 and Diameter=15 I can't see this pad in the Gerber ouput.
If I define this pad as Rectangle or Oval this pad is visible in the Gerber ouput.

I use GerbView 6, Version 6.04 to view the Gerber file.

How is this possible? What do I wrong?
