Hello Everybody,
Our PCB vendor has sugested to delete unused/unconnected annular rings which are a part of THT pads and vias in inner layers. What are pros and cons for these correction? Is there some risk why we shouldn't allow these ones?
Thaks for answers

Your manufacturer is correct
There is no risk by removing those unused pads in inner layers.
In fact there are multiple plus points
-Layer Registration tolerance increase for Manufacturer thus reducing short circuit risk in inner layers.
-Those acts as unnecessary Stubs, hence removing them improves signal integrity

What are pros and cons for these correction?
That's what you have to do or you have to allow your fab house remove them for you.
Remember say thank you to that CAM engineer too.
There are no cons and no risk for this.
It also increase your clearance if you have any trace routing close it.
