I am designing a low noise amplifier. This amplifier need to go to cryogenic temperatures < 4Kelvin. Thus, i picked up GaAs HEMTs from Fujitsu (now Eudyna). My bandwidth of interest is 1KHz to 10 MHz and these devices are recommended to be used for High GHz range. Do i have any other options as far as selecting the transistors go?
