yes i got keil CARM Compiler but "--- Error: can't execute 'C:\Keil\ARM\BIN\AA' " this error showing when build

Don't copy the installation files. Run the installation program. That should solve the problem.

its basically due to wrong version of keil....

which version are you using ???
