FM PLL demodulator using simlink

Hello Everyone;
I'm having problem getting my signal demodulated from an FM modulation. I working in Matlab simlink. The following is the circuit I'm using along with the image of the input.
I think I might have to change my feedback loop or the lowpass filter values to have the proper demodulated output.
