need some directions on this topic " implementation and simulating on an NVIDIA Tesla GPU system, a mathematical model of a compound eye(of a blow fly) which will incorporate over 1000 individual dynamical photoreceptor models"

its a project i'm working on and just been reading different journals, hence I was seeking some directions. will go through the links u've got on here. Hopefully it will broaden my understanding on how to go about it.
