[SOLVED] FET transistors

According to a previous statement, the "measurement" refers to a simulation. But we don't know the actual simulation setup.
No this time is not simulation. I did real measurement at the measurement lab.

There's no drain resistor, thus 930 mA is just power supply in constant current.

You need to read the datasheet with more care.
200mA is the measure@ point for Vgs to criticize
threshold voltage / slope (there is a lower current
VT measurement, the pair gets you to a crude
measure of transconductance).

930mA is not unreasonable for Vgs=0.

Whether it is, or isn't under gate control needs
a different measurement (as above, or figure
out your own that actually does something).
