the name of my project is effective text dependent speaker recognition.How I do LPCC feature extraction and VQ modelling?
 

You can use MFCC(Mel frequency cepstrum coefficients) for feature extraction.
 

Can you explain me what are the steps I want do do for LPCC feature extraction and VQ speech model using C programming?
 

you can easily find the algorithm of the MFCC method on internet. there are so many sample codes. especially for MATLAB.
