im reading today about deinterlacing using fuzzy logic............and i couldnt understand fuzzy logic?can any1 explain it 2 me!!!!!!!!!!!!1

in contrast to classical logic, which defines any value to be 0 or 1, that is either true or false and no value can take something in between.. fuzzy logic allows intermediate truth values by assigning membership grade corresponding to specified membership functions, the membership grade is within [0,1]...

fuzzy logic is intelligent cause it allows computer to think in a way which is some how similar to human, by allowing it to deal with words instead of numbers.. there are a lot of aspects to be learned in fuzzy logic, so you'll need to refer to some books that fully explain it..
