please describe me about velocity and kind it.

To help you could you clarify the context of use of the gpon.
I am not sure but are you refering to general purpose output of basebands in mobile phone.

i think GPON is a new technology in optical network...

it's Gigabyte Passive Optical Network....

GPON=Gigabit Passive Optical Networks. This is a newer generation of the PON based networks standard which is capable of up to 2.4Gbps/2.4Gbps in upstream and downstream direction. Checkout the book by Cedric Lam "Passsive Optical Networks - Principles and Practice".
