What is the clock rate for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T and 1000BASE-T?

10BASE-T: 2.5MHz or 10MHz?
100BASE-T: 125MHz or 25MHz?
1000BASE-T: 125MHz?

I get different answer from different article.

For 1000BASE-T (duplex), how is the transmission like for full duplex (as compared to half-duplex)? 1 pair of wire can transmit bidirectional at a time? Or is it 1 pair of wire can transmit bidirectional at different time?
