estimation of skew and insertion delay

Hi all,

I am new to this edaboard.

Please can anyone give me the information about how to estimate the skew and insertion delay.

we generally estimate the these values based on the prev. tech and projects. else according to me its should be a just trail error method . but just keep in mind ur freq. and tech.

control 0 skew
and keep latency as small as possible
