Hi,

I have a behavioral design in verilog. I want to synthesize the design using Encounter RTL Compiler in Cadence. However, in this tool I am required to specify the target library to map my design to. I am using the NCSU CDK and want to use the NCSU_ami06 library for the design. However, I cannot find the .lib file for the library (This is the library file i need to suppy for the RC compiler). I searched everywhere but in vain..

I can synthesize the design using one of the OSU libraries, for which i have the .lib file available.

Can somebody tell me from where do i get the .lib file for each of the libraries in the NCSU kit.

Thanks,
Sambhav

try this command
find <lib_directory> -name "*.lbr|lib" -print

You can use either .lbr or .lib files as library the RTL Compiler will accept.
