emphasis/de-emphasis filter design 6 db/octave

I am looking for implementation for emphasis filter +6db/octave and -6db/octave in dsp processor. I remember that some years ago I saw it in source codes from TI.
As I remember it was simple low order IIR filter.
But now I can't find that source code.
Thanks in advance.
