powerpc vs arm

In the embeded processors IP cores such as ARM7, ARM9, and MIPS4xxx, and PowerPC e500, e600, which is lower power and more profermance?
Which is more easy when intergrated into the SoC?

arm vs powerpc

Except the MIPS on the 64 bits processor IP, have the other corps the product the better profermance ? I estimate the MIPS processor's P/R, But it is disillusionary.
Anybody can give a good advise?

mips vs arm

They are the ARM922 and the M4K of the MIPS,
Both are the 32bits date width and Low power high profermance Core.
