effect of a Magnet, near an antenna in 5GHz band?

Hello,

Does a magnet of a diameter consider 8 cms shows any effect on the performance of an antenna operating in 5 GHz band?

It has the same effect as any metallic conductor of similar size.

Is it the same, if it was creating a magnetic field in a coil at very low frequency?
