Eagle File to Altium (v6 XML Format Warning)

I try to import Arduino Nano Eagle file to Altium.
At first, I got the warning like this "You may need convert them to modern Eagle v6 XML format before importing". Then I saved the Eagle board file using Eagle v6 and I tried again to import it using Altium Import Wizard and it succeded. But I can't do the same thing with the schematic file and still get the same warning. Any suggestions?
