Eagle: Copy devices to a library

How can I take a component from a PCB design and copy it to a library ?

This is for Eagle.

Thanks for your help.
 

There is a ULP called exp-project-lbr-ulp

Run that from the board - it will create a library of the parts on the board (or separate libraries for every part depending on the options you set).
