E192 series formula (and formula for other series as well)

You are right regarding increment monotonicity, neither the E96 nor E192 increment is monotonic. I didn't look thoroughly.

It looks like the 9.20 anomaly in E192 series should be explained by calculation inaccuracy or an arbitrary modification.
