DSK C6711 error: can't initialize target CPU

Hi all,
Im new on this. so please help. I am rying to connect a C6711 Dsk with my computer. However when I try to start CCS it gives ame an error
"Cant initialize target CPU
This is a TI USCIF adapter library [sourceless EPK error]
POD_Error_Reset <-700>
Error detected during reset
I/O port=378

What should I do. Helper will be remembered in my prayers.

It seems a configuration problem, run the setup app and try diferent parallel port configurations: port x y mode, it depends on yours PC. Also, It is possible to try an automatic configuration: Startrograms:Texas Instruments:Code Composer Studio 2 (‘C6000):C6x11 DSK Utilities:Configure C6x11 DSK.

Set parallell port in bidirectional mode in bios or hardware properties
