How to extend the range of the dog repeller ct , as to annoy dog for about 5 meters , Is that require some modification in the speaker or the o/p power or supply voltage ? is it better to use ultrasonic module TX intead of the speaker ?

Using special ultrasonic TX or high frequency audio speaker (so called "horn", prefferably piezo-electric based) should gain better results.
