does OTA can connect a low resistance(for feedback)

like figure , a detector input circuit.
We use a low resistance(for feedback) .

Is it a low resistance load and need a buffer for OTA ,
or consider it as a feedback fictor , OTA is OK ?

Your problem is not clear to me. What really is the question ?
The output voltage is
u(out)=i(in)*(1/gm - R).
