does modulation affects rf jamming?

i'm a final year EnTC student. i'm working on rf jammer.can anyone help me out in the same.
 

jamming is done by using high power signal at the signal frequency and jamming is tough if the modulation scheme is a wideband one...
 

yes,
if u know the frequency u r jamming, just TX rubbish on this frequency, on high power.
