What you mean by " pmoscap " and " nmoscap "?.
Do not write the unknown abbreviations try to explain in clear words for better and quick response.

For the same area and aspect, the PMOS cap will have
an inferior Q because its channel is about 2X more resistive.

Sorry, my question is not clear.

pmoscap means PMOS capacitor, nmoscap means NMOS capacitor.
