Hi,
Anyone have an idea where can I get some service manuals (eventually with schematics) from a digital sampling oscilloscope, from a known manufacturer (like tektr0nics, fluke, lecr0y, hameg, etc). Thanks,

I have Tektronix service manuals for the TDS series. TDS 340A, TDS 360, TDS 380, TDS 500D, TDS 600C, TDS 700D, TDS 714L, TDS3000, TDS3000B.

None of those contain electrical schematics however. As far as I know, Tektronix does not publish those any more.

I think you can find some of them on the web (use Google).
