anyone post about digital & analog IC Testers
its urgent
 

IC testers are not very difficult to make

one can easily make an ic tester by interfacing with the parallel port of a pc
 

You mean Automatic Test Equipment for HVM/production or bench top IC test. There are so many different testers, you may want to narrow down your question. Attached is a tester example.

You must be talking about digital IC tester. Analog ones are not easy to make.
 

i want to design an ic tester using pic16f877. anyone can send me a schematic of ic tester.
 

i actually meant not so deatail. in fact i need only the block diagram of a simple ic tester(analog and digital)
also mention the working
