Hi,
I have been working in HFSS for a while but recently I have to work on a thin substrate which is 12um or 25um. My problem that I faced is the solution is not consistent. If I do a parametric sweep for specific variable say for example the feed point position, then plug it again and perform single run the result totally different.
I hope anybody can give me some suggestion
