Presented device may be useful when you have to change ends of the injectors in your car and adjust them. The probe is made of processed two-tone hydraulic car lift. The lift has factury built-in return valve. The lift is processed to a diesel fuel pumping station for high pressure. Such a lift is able to create a pressure up to approximately 400 Bar. It can be used in almost all Diesel injectors (but remember that it requires a proper adapter to be connected to the injector).

Elements used:
  • two-tone hydraulic car lift
  • manometer up to approximately 250 Bar
  • high-pressure hydraulic tee
  • injection cord with a nut for injector M12 x 1,5
  • adapter from an inch thread to metrical with the taper for the injection pipe
  • manometric valve screwed into the tee
  • adapter for screwing the tee into plunger of the lift
  • pre-filter and the tank to power the probe

A home made plunger was put in place of original plunger in order to connect the tee to the car lift. Adapter is screwed into the plunger and then the tee. The plunger is sealed by O-ring in the cylinder of the lift. Below you can see a drawing of the plunger, but all the dimensions from the drawing should be verified in terms of your own design.



There is a special milling on the plunger so you can hold it by a key during the installation and it would not revolve.
