What is the command to see the device(transistor) parameters in Hspice? In Spectre, you do a print device conditionsand click on the particularMOS to see the parameters. In Hspice what is the equivalent command?
Thanks

.probe gm = par('gmo(m1)')
.probe gds = par('gdso(m1)')

...and similar statements in the netlist.
Consult the HSPICE reference manual for a full listing of device parameters you can access.

run a
.op

watch the log file, you can find cgs, vtsat,,.... for every device.
