Hi,
can any one tells me the specific device names for various types of diodes and transistors e.g DIN4001 is a normal signal diode, similarly any device no for power, microwave, varactor, and signal diodes and transistors etc.

thanks

These are I do not know when, where and who made these conventions.

There are various. The way Spice treats them is another story. It just calls them Diodes with D and Bipolar transistors with Q FETs with J.

Here are "MANY" of them.
