Hello all
How I can determine minimum clock for a latched comparator?
I saw this formula to calculate it , but I want to determine it by Hspice .

 

Latched-only Comparator specifications

Hello

I want to measure specification of a latched-only comparator.
How can I determine Clock frequency of that?
How can I measure offset ?
Is it correct to measure Gain and Unity gain freq. ?(cause we have positive feedback!)
