Hello everyone,
Please help me out in designing Bias network in AWR for my transistor amplifier working at 9.4 GHz.

Which type of transistor are you using? BJT, FET? You might want to find about bias circuit types. Microelectronic Circuits by Sedra&Smith can be useful for this step. You can find it on web easily.

I hope this helps...

I am looking for MESFET but in microelectronics circuits by sedra and smith doesnt tells about MESFET . so try to help me out about designing BIAS network in AWR .
