I have two supplies, V1 and V2. V1 is fix to a certain voltage. V2 is variable and I want to switch the external circuit ON when V2 < V1. For this case I have used OP-AMP as a comparator. But what I want to do next is to put two thresholds (UT and LT; Both positive).
The Output of OP-Amp(or another circuit) should be either +Vsat OR Ground (NOT Negative!).
The signal isn't sinosidal (as shown in figure), It's just to give you an idea how the output should respond to the input signal.
