I need to design a DC to 5GHz CMOS LNA with a decent gain and reasonable noise figure. I know distributed amplifier can provide input matching from dc to up to more than 10GHz. But it seems the gain is not enough. Besides, the power consumption is pretty big.

I am thinking of some feedback structure. Can any one provide some ideas on designing such an amplifer? Or can someone recommend me some DC to Giga Hz LNA topologies?

Many thanks
