On pages 227 ff of the Verilog-A-Reference-Manual below you can find a Verilog-A module definition of a thin-film nmos transistor.
It is much shorter (and much less precise) than a BSIM3 model.

Erikl this model is shorter than bsim3 model and less precise, but i think that this model skip the problem of unsymmetry(symmetry gummel test) becouse there is not the model of velocity saturation, is it true my consideration??
