Can you prove why the width of depletion region in PN junction in P region is the relation below.

u can find the derivation in any textbook. I couldn't understand what u specifically
asking for?
In p-region: Na >> Nd
In n-region: Nd>> Na

these are the approximations to be taken into consideration while deriving the equations.
