DDR4,DDR5 and serdes

I recently started working for a ddr team, so I need to learn the basics of ddr and serdes. If possible, please suggest the best tutorials from universities or paid courses.
Taking into account that I have no prior knowledge of serdes or DDR.
Please do try to provide any sort of information you know about this .
