DC Block with Coupled lines

In Coupled lines there is no physical connection between them. We know that by Faraday's law that a changing(varying e.g. alternating current) current in one coil induces current on the other coil kept near it. We also know that in dc there is no change in current(in other words its constant), so it does not induce dc current to the other coil. Hence the dc is blocked from getting into the other line or coil.
