Hello guys,

How to DC bias a Bipolar Junction Transistor? Please advice, i'm newbie in electronics field. Thanks in advance!

It depends on your application. I mean whether you want to use the transistor as an amplifier or as a switch.
To use it as a switch, all you need to turn it on in the "Saturation region". If you want to use it as an amplifier then, you have to set the desired load current and the output voltage.

Also, I would recommend you read about transistor in "Microelectronics" by "Sedra - Smith"
