dataAudit eror ASSURA LVS

Hi,

When I do an LVS check in ASSURA, I get an LVS clean result.But a Window pops up showing that there are 2 dataAudit errors...

The log file points to two "dubious dots" in "M1 drawing".But on highlighting the place, I don't see anything ...

Please help me resolve the issue ASAP..

Usually in the log file there should be two sentences that shows the physical location/layer "dots" are. Usually the mask perp is good enough to disregard the "dots" but one can also remove them from the layout. If its playground, then choose nil for a parameter in the avParameters section (forgot the name... it has "dots" in the nomenclature).
