Hi,
We calculate this at 193A per phase. Would you agree with this?

Though what would you say the "three phase current" actually was?......since its a three phase system.

(VLL = 415VAC).

Also why do light bulbs (>25W) need PF of 0.9+ and yet Electric car chargers can be PF = 0.86?

The important difference is, lamps are consumer goods that can be connected to the utility grid without limitation, 120 kW chargers need an admission. The utility company can restrict the harmonic current consumption or bill reactive power separately. Or even say, the don't have 120 kW, require to install your own transformer and high voltage supply line.
