Current mode circuit

Hi

I want to study the design of current mode circuits. I need an introduction about cmos current mode circuits (amplifier) and their types.

Most of current mode circuits' performance is poor, except few cases such as current steering DAC. It is difficult to build one negative feedback system.

But I think they are suitable for high frequency application because of their open loop praperty.
