Hi all,
I am working on a flyback constant current SMPS everything works fine when board is in plastic casing, but when it is placed i side metal casing output current increases upto 60mA to 100mA.

What could be the reason of such behavior inside metal casing.. and how I can solve the issue

Hi,

how do you think the given information could be sufficient to get useful help?

We don´t see your schematic, your wiring, PCB, metal case...
Nor do we see how and where you measured the 60mA.

Klaus
