CST- S parameter normalization

Dear All,
I have the following problem: I have simulated a four port device with CST. Each port has a different reference impedence. When I export the s-parameter results I have to choose a single reference impedance value. When I import the same file in MWO I am not able to obtain the right results.
Do you have some advice?
