cst microstripes

To all of you that have experience with CST Microstripes.

Before we run the simulation, we should input the no. of time step at model parameters. The question is, what is the appropriate no. of time step to simulate an antenna? The default no. is 32xlargest dimension. If the antenna dimension is large enough, the simulation will time consuming. From the manual it said that for antenna simulation, the no. of time step can be set less than 20xlargest dimension but not specific, 10x? 5x?

Please help me.
