Cortex-M0 CMSIS library, has anyone has working example for systick and blinky

I have NXP LPC1100 which is Cortex-M0. I noticed there is V2 CMSIS for which I like to adopt. However there is no example code under CMSIS V2.

Can anyone tested the SYSTICK and BLINKY link/list me to the code source so I can experiment them.
