Hi,
Why need to to include coprocessor in microcontroller as its ALU can do all the things.

what will be the benefit of coprocessor?

i think you mean by 'coprocessor' a numeric processor?.

Hi,
Ok, can coprocessor do the floating point calculations, sine, cosine, power etc functions.

Operation performed by coprocessor may be floating point arithmetic, graphics, signal processing, string processing, Savitsky-Golay derivation, or encryption.

this means when coprocessor is used then ALU of processor sit ideal and low resources utilization of processor.

one more thing, is there any coprocessor which do not execute the floating point?

A co-processor is used to extend the functionality of the original core with a hardware function.
For example Floating point operations as in Intel machines or MMU and Caches for Arm processors.
The can work concurrently or pipelined depending on the design,

As microcontrollers are based on RISC not on VLIW(Very long Instruction Word).
then how is it possible that ALU and Coprocessors are processing data at the same time?

What about co-processors controlling DMAs and stuff like dat?
